Pretty good, some minor issues
I scooped up a fairycore dress and some butterfly clips during a sale. The dress itself is lovely, very soft and the print is vibrant, just like the pictures. Shipping was free, which was a plus, but it did take about 9 days to arrive. Not super fast, but acceptable. My only real gripe was that one of the butterfly clips had a slightly bent hinge, nothing major, but it could have been packed a little better. Overall, the value was there for what I paid, and I'm happy with the dress, but I hope they improve their packaging a bit for smaller items.
